This month's
program will feature “How to Make Your Business Soar: A How-to
Primer,” by Michael B. Leschini & Neil Guilmette, profitability
consultants. In addition, this will be the last of three (3)
meetings of this year, (Sept., Oct., and Nov.), will/have
feature(d) “mini-seminar” classes, conducted by Mr. Ed Rodriguez
of Electrical Inspection Service Inc., of E. Patchogue. This
will assist our members to update their Code knowledge and
obtain 4 CEU’s, if needed, for Tri Town. (NOTE: A separate
$5.00 check will be required for certification. Please bring
check to this meeting, for the Tri-town Educ. Board. Tom Palk,
(631) 242-3236 can confirm the payee.) In essence, if
you attended the Redbook classes and come out to our pre-meeting
Seminars, you can fulfill the CEU requirement!

Special thanks
to John Werner of Leviton, who introduced Steve McCurdy for a
presentation on “Lighting Control Systems.” In addition, LIPA’s
Ted Pappas, an Elec. Power Supply Mgr., discussed the blackout,
described response and answered questions.
