Under the Job
and Growth Relief Reconciliation Act (JGTRRA) of 2003, dividend
income will be taxed at no higher than 15% for dividend paid
between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2008. You must have
held the shares of stock for more than 60 days during a 120 day
period, beginning 60 days before the wx-dividend date. Very low
income taxpayers would only pay 5% income tax on dividends paid
between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2007.

accounting and taxes be directed to Stuart.
