All,
I
want to start my report first and foremost with a large thank
you to Steve Nerwinski for Vendors Night. We knew Steve was
going to have a huge challenge ahead of him with what was going
on with the economy. It wound up being one of the most
successful Vendor Nights SCECA has ever had. I want to thank all
of our Board members who took the day off to help Steve make the
day a great success, and lastly, I cannot thank all of the
Vendors enough for their participation in this year’s Trade
Show; thank you.
We
have our elections this coming meeting, and it would be great
have many of our members out for their vote. SCECA is heading in
“the right direction,” and it would be great to have all of you
participating in this upcoming year’s meetings and events.
Speaking of events, in place of our picnic, we are hosting a
barbecue at a Ducks baseball game in August. It should be a
great day of food and fun. All the information will be found in
the newsletter or on our website. You can also call the SCECA
office for information or to RSVP.
