MARKETING TIP:  IT’S ABOUT SAYING THANK YOU :  :  :

Last year I uncovered information about businesses forgetting to say “Thank You” after you purchase a product or service from them. This year I’m curious with the economic climate and challenges businesses are facing these days. Have you noticed a difference in customer service? I would love your feed back and will share this poll with you in my next months marketing tip. Please email the PRstore at prstore311@prstore.com with your feed back:

1. More businesses are showing their appreciation for your business.

2. You find it is worse than ever.

3. Nothing has changes.

Here is what I uncovered a year an a half ago. I had purchased something from over 420 different businesses. Out of those businesses, would you believe that only 5 places actually said “thank you” to me! With this shocking observation, I am forced to ask myself, where did the “Thank You” go in business?

Today, too many companies are forgetting the importance and value of building relationships with their customers. A simple “thank you” to your customers after every purchase or sending out a hand written thank you card every once in a while would help you retain your customer’s business and separate you from the competition who has forgotten the simple use of the words “thank you.”

I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for reading my marketing tips throughout the past year. I wish you and your family a Happy Spring. Thank you John Mangione
