MEETING NOTICE

Our April General Meeting will feature a presentation by “One Call,”  (Call Before You Dig.)

Our March General Meeting featured a presentation by Julie Griffiths of LIPA, on their Rebate Program and Contractor Incentives.  (If you’re doing a commercial job that may qualify for rebate incentives, an energy advisor for the job territory can be of assistance.)  We also received a copy of the “LIPA Business e-News, and a survey about “Red Book Web-based Training Program.”  (These folks are certainly using current technology and keeping us updated.  Kudos!)

Russell Muckle, #762, would have won $100, had he been present.

$100 can be yours at our next meeting! (Winner must be present and dues current, to collect the award, if your name is drawn.)

(4) $60 cash prizes were won by Greg Smith, Jack Morrell, Jody Pumillo and John McGinn.

(2) sample cases of Smart boxes, donated by Greg Herth, were won by Greg Smith and Julie Griffiths.

(6) BRK Smoke Alarms, donated by George Hauck of Kelly & Noviello, were won by Jack Morrell, Lee Eysman (twice), Lester Gochman, Tony Bernardo and Gerry Flaherty.

(1) zipper bag, donated by Ideal, was won by Jack Wade.

Board member Kevin MacLeod will have further information regarding  a “Really BIG Raffle,” to help support SCECA’s educational programs.  Details to follow.
